6.1.20. Water pump
•
Remove the expansion tank and
rubber hose connected to the
expansion tank.
•
Remove the water pipe and hoses
connected to the oil cooler.
•
Unscrew the water pump fixing bolts
and remove the water pump.
6.1.21. Injection pump
(A) L086TI
•
Remove the oil supply pipe and the
return pipe connected to the fuel
injection pump.
•
Unscrew the bolts connected the
coupling and drive shaft, disassemble
the injection pump mounting bolts,
then detach the injection pump.
Note : After letting No.1 cylinder to
the ‘OT’ position by turning
the crankshaft, disassemble
the injection pump.
•
Unscrew the pump bracket fixing bolts
to detach the bracket from the cylinder
block.
Note : Do not mix the disassembled
shims. They should be
reassembled to the original
position.
